FAQ

Q: How are the services' payments made?
A: Services' payments are usually made twice per project, 40% after the client's aproval on our project proposal and 60% to deliver the project.

Payments are made through Bank Transfer or PayPal (having a tax added in this last case).
We do not accept checks or Credit Cards, except some cases (for the last option).

The SWIFT/BIC and IBAN for the payment is provided at the time of the first payment.

Q: What is Web Presence?
A: A web presence (or web site) is a collection of web files on a particular subject that includes a beginning file called a home page.
For example, most companies, organizations, or individuals that have web sites have a single address that they give you.
This is their home page address.
From the home page, you can get to all the other pages on their site.
For example, the web site for IBM has the home page address of http://www.ibm.com. (In this case, the actual file name of the home page file doesn't have to be included because IBM has named this file index.html and "told" the server that this address really means http://www.ibm.com/index.html.)

Since it sounds like geography is involved, a web site is rather easily confused with a web server.
A server in this context is a computer that holds the files for one or more sites.
On one hand, a very large web site may reside on a number of servers that may be in different geographic locations.
IBM is a good example; its web site consists of thousands of files spread out over many servers in world-wide locations.
But a more typical example is probably whatis.com.
They reside on a commercial space provider's server with a number of other sites that have nothing to do with Internet glossaries.

Q: What are Web Services?
A: The W3C defines a Web Service as a software system designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network.
This definition encompasses many different systems, but in common usage the term refers to those services that use SOAP-formatted XML envelopes and have their interfaces described by WSDL. For example, WS-I only recognizes Web services in the context of these specifications.

Q: How can you prices be so low and promise the best quality services?
A: In fact the answer is very simple.
We don't have a physical headquarters (we consider that in this business there is no such need, mostly because most of the contacts are made through email or phone), so we have less expenses, allowing us to significantly reduce our services cost.
This doesn't affect our quality, because we provide Web Hosting Support 24/7, and General Support 8/5.
At the same time we have a real notion of the cost (in matter of resources) of the requested services, charging fair prices.
